This document describes what you are permitted to do with QuizPerCard and its content.

1. License Overview
- QuizPerCard grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial study purposes.
- This licence does not transfer any ownership rights to you.
- All rights not expressly granted in this licence are reserved by QuizPerCard.
2. Permitted Use
- Access and use the platform for personal exam preparation.
- View, attempt, and review practice MCQs for your own study.
- Share your own performance results or notes externally for non-commercial purposes.
3. Restrictions
- You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from QuizPerCard without prior written consent.
- You may not sell, resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit any part of the Service or its content.
- You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from any part of the platform.
- You may not create competing products or services that use QuizPerCard content.
- Automated access (bots, scrapers, crawlers) is strictly prohibited.
4. Open-Source Components
- QuizPerCard is built using open-source software. Third-party libraries are used under their respective licences (MIT, Apache 2.0, etc.).
- Use of these open-source components does not change the proprietary status of the QuizPerCard platform itself.
- A list of key open-source dependencies can be provided upon request.
5. Content Licence
- Original MCQs and study content created by QuizPerCard are proprietary and protected by copyright.
- Content derived from past examination papers belongs to their respective examination authorities.
- User-generated content (notes, inputs) remains owned by the user but a processing licence is granted to QuizPerCard to deliver the Service.
6. Termination of Licence
- This licence is effective until terminated.
- Your rights under this licence terminate automatically if you violate any of its terms.
- Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Service.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
- The Service is provided 'as is' without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
- QuizPerCard does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Plain-English Summary
You can use QuizPerCard to study for your exams. You cannot copy our content, resell it, or build competing products with it. If you want to do something not covered here, just ask us.
