1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using QuizPerCard ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

2. Accounts & Registration

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.
QuizPerCard reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Acceptable Use

You may use the Service only for lawful, personal study purposes.
You must not reproduce, distribute, or resell any content from the platform without written permission.
You must not attempt to access any part of the Service by means other than the interfaces we provide.
Any form of automated scraping, crawling, or data extraction is strictly prohibited.

4. Content & Intellectual Property

All MCQs, practice content, and study material provided by QuizPerCard are our intellectual property.
Question content sourced from past papers remains the property of their respective examination authorities.
User-generated content (e.g., notes used for practice generation) remains owned by you. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to process this content to provide the Service.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

QuizPerCard offers a free plan and paid subscription plans.
All paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance.
Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your card details.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with the Service.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis without warranties of any kind.
QuizPerCard does not guarantee any specific exam outcome or score improvement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuizPerCard shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, with or without prior notice.
You may delete your account at any time from account settings.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
